Growing Up

Sheyna is definitely growing up.  She has a cute little personality that matches the little girl she is.  She is teething and has to chew on everything she can get her hands on.  Usually she will find a little piece of something that is on the floor, which I promptly take away and then she cries.  So, toys are the next best option as verified by Charlie, who will also chew on anything and everything that will go in his mouth. Aside from that note, Sheyna found this domino that she chewed on for quite a while

Got pretty boring.

So, I checked her mouth to see if ANY teeth have poked through.  She couldn't have me do that without sticking her hand in my mouth to check my teeth.  Yes, Mom has teeth.

They hurt a little more than the gums that are in her mouth!!!! Thanks to Kjelden for capturing such a great picture.

Sheyna is also learning to play Pat a Cake. She thinks it's pretty fun to clap her hands.  She gets lots of attention this way.

And she is now an official CRAWLER!!!!  Watch out world!! Here comes Sheyna!!!

At first she just would do this cartwheel looking thing.  She would get up like thisand then fall over and do it again. and again. and again til she got to her destination.  However, just yesterday, she ended up actually getting it right.

She still goes for the cartwheel thing most of the time, but I did watch her actually crawl several times.  

The fun times have now begun.  Like I said, "Look out world!!!"  Sheyna is growing up!
