Brayden the KINDERGARTNER!!!

Brayden was really reluctant to go to Kindergarten Jumpstart, but after being there for a couple of hours, he came home SOOOO happy.  It was like he changed into a different person. I asked him how he felt about it and if he was ready to go back.  OH YEAHH!!!

He found a new friend, too.  The little boy in the white shirt (4th one from left) is who his new friend is.  His name is Thallin.  He was kind of worried at first because his one friend was not back from vacation yet and he didn't know anyone else, but thanks to his wonderful teachers, he was able to find another friend to play with.

It is so exciting to see Brayden growing up and up.  At the beginning of the summer, we weren't sure if we were going to send him to Kindergarten, but kids grow and learn and he definitely did!  He is not as shy as he once was.  He has practiced drawing and writing his name.  We have worked a little on learning his phone number and he was excited when the day came for him to go to Jumpstart.  What a great tool for kids to ease their way into Kindergarten and he is, so far absolutely LOVING it!
